DELIVERY

  1. When will I receive my package?

We make our products to order – therefore, the production time is 1–5 business days, plus courier delivery time.
During busy periods, such as Black Week, Christmas, or New Year, this time may be extended by a few days.
You will be notified by e-mail once your order has been shipped – you will receive a tracking number.

  1. Can I track my shipment?
    Yes! Once your package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a link to track it with the selected carrier.

  2. What should I do if the tracking status doesn’t update?
    If your shipment status hasn’t changed for several days – don’t worry. The package is likely in transit to the courier in your country, which is normal for international shipments.
    If there’s no update for more than 7 business days, contact us at [email protected] and include your order number – we’ll check the status with the carrier.

  3. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship to most countries in Europe and beyond. The shipping cost and time depend on the destination country. You can find the full list of shipping rates on the page for each country.

  4. Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
    Unfortunately, this is not possible.

PRODUCTS

  1. How do I choose the right size?
    Each product page includes a size chart. Please check it before purchasing. If you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one – our products have a sporty, slim fit.

  2. Do you have a physical store?
    We don’t operate physical stores. All sales are handled through our online shops: smmash.pl (Poland), smmash.de (Germany), smmash.eu, smmash.fr, smmash.it, smmash.co.uk and smmash.us.

ORDERS

  1. Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, as long as your order hasn’t entered production yet. Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and include your order number.
    Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible — but after receiving the product, you can use your 30‑day return right.

  2. Can I get a VAT invoice?
    Unfortunately, we no longer issue invoices due to new regulations.

  3. Do you offer wholesale orders / B2B cooperation?
    Yes, we work with sports clubs, teams, and organizations. We offer personalized apparel with custom logos and designs. Find details in the FOR CLUBS section or contact us at [email protected] with specific requirements.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  1. How can I return a product?
    You have 30 days after receiving your package to return the product without explanation. Just fill in the return form and send back the item in its original condition.
    Details are available on our Returns, Exchanges, Complaints page.
    Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  2. How can I exchange a product for another size?
    Send the product back to us, including the following: order number, which products you are returning, and which sizes you would like to receive. Once we receive your return, we’ll create a new order with the correct size.
    Exchange processing time: usually 1–5 business days after receiving the return + delivery time.

  3. What if I receive a faulty or incorrect product?
    Contact us via chat or by e-mail at [email protected], providing your order number and a photo of the defect. We will reply within 1–2 business days and offer a replacement or refund.

PAYMENTS

  1. How can I pay for my order?
    Available payment methods:

  • Debit/Credit Card, BLIK, fast bank transfer (Przelewy24)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  1. Can I pay cash on delivery?
    Unfortunately, cash on delivery is not available.

  2. How do I use a discount code?
    Enter the code in the “Discount code” field in the cart — the discount will apply automatically.

SPECIAL PERIODS

  1. Are shipments delayed during Black Week / Christmas?
    Yes, due to high demand, order processing might take longer than the usual 5 business days. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery.
